London Gay Big Band
The full-size, twenty-piece Big Band is guaranteed to impress your guests or audience at any event.
Big sound and big entertainment are part of the Band's unique performance style and have been enjoyed by rapturous audiences throughout the UK.
Repertoire includes classic Big Band standards from Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Dizzy Gillespie to vocal favourites made popular by Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Michael Bublé, Shirley Bassey and Liza Minnelli.
London Gay Big Band - Limited Edition
We are pleased to be able to offer our six-piece swing dance and function band for hire. The London Gay Big Band - Limited Edition is perfect for any event, no matter how big or small.
The Limited Edition Band has performed at a number of festivals and events, including Whitecross Street Party, the Lord Mayor's Show, the Grand Connaught Rooms for The Pink Singers’ 30th Anniversary Ball, LGSW’s World Pride London River Cruise, Taste London Festival and The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The Limited Edition Band line-up consists of rhythm section (keys, drum kit, bass) and frontline (trumpet, sax, trombone). Vocals are also included.
Repertoire includes classic jazz standards and vocal favourites, ballads, funk and popular contemporary covers.
